C and swather engines

We'd like to resurect our C. the front end got pulled off the block, so the engine is, well, gone. We've seen an abundance of 230 windrowers with C-153 engines being junked. the engines look good, some like they were run the day before it was junked. and looking at ours, we're wondering if it's possible to put one in a C. other than basic bolt up matching, are there other concerns that should be looked at? thanks,
