With a open coffee sized can at hand try this; With the float bowl cover off, gently hold the float upward with finger tip pressure. (it should be about level) then turn on the fuel at the tank. If fuel comes out turn it off and claen the needle and seat. it probably has a bit of trash in it. If it does not, hold the can up there and let the float down to see fuel comming out. then lift the float to shut off the supply. Then turn off the fuel at the tank. and reassemble the carb bowl. (always turn off the fuel at the tank, when shutting it off for more than 2 minutes! (I am serious about this, it is gravity feed and can fill the engine/start a fire, or both). JimN
