Next time you're done with the tractor, turn the gas off under the tank, & let it run until it quits from fuel starvation. Be sure to shut the switch off. Then,--- next time you go to start it, turn on the gas & use a small amount of choke & see if it starts better. I suspect you have a gas { flooding ] situation from the needle & seat leaking a small amount. Happens on my brother's H.
