I have been reading your pleas for help, and beleive me, if I had the answers or the information you need, I would gladly share with you. I owned an 856 many years ago, and I did have similar problems to what you are describing, but my little pea-brained memory just won't remember what the solution was. Hang in there, someone does know the answer. You might also try going over to the Redpower board, if you haven't already.
