As Tractor Vet says, it would be helpful to tell us what model you have. But, assuming you have a letter series, use 15W40 as a year around oil. Put 30W in the air cleaner, some may recommend a lighter oil in the winter. The air cleaner was designed to use the same oil as the engine, but this was before multiviscosity oils appeared, the 15 in the 15W40 may be too light. There is a oil level pipe plug usually on the left side of the transmission housing, (sometimes on the right side) maybe 1/2-2/3's of the way up. There are one or two drain plugs underneath the rear end. Use 90W, or 80W90, etc. Unless you have an Super MTA or a number series tractor (300-up), then you need Hytran. You REALLY need an operator's manual. There are a lot of things in it that you have no way of knowing otherwise.
