The "Important" sticker contains break-in information. Basically running at 1/2 throttle for the first 25 hours I think, it should be broke-in by now though. There should be a plug in that hole! You don't want dirt getting in there. Ours have metal plugs in those holes. Here is a pic of a 120 mower - it bolts to the drawbar and has a trailing caster wheel:
 And here are a couple of pages I scanned with the lubrication information for a balanced head 1110, but applies to most of the balanced head mowers. The wobble box greasing is VERY important, too much grease or too little will cause shortened life! Lubrication page 1 Lubrication page 2
