I switched both 140's to electronic ignition (12 V neg grnd). Spend the extra bucks and get the hot coil so you can open your plug gap. I bought the ei and coil on this site. Both start 1st rev now and I don't have to fiddle with points and condenser anymore. This was time and money well spent. Alternator is highly recommended also.
