Ya want to know about a 706 ask me , i'll tell ya like it is . No on any oil you use ONLY 30 weight low ash if ya want it to live a long and healthe life , ya run 93 octain gas that is hightest to anybody that does not know the differance . Each time ya do a tune up ya check engine timing and this here ya realy have to know if ya have a 263 or a 291 as the timing get set differant between the two. Do not run hot plugs in it a C 86 A/C will work fine Motor Craft or Autolites for best performance . Keep the valves adjusted , keep the clutch free play set and when setting the free play ya have to do the whole deal on setting the transmission brake and the T/A dump valve. Like isaid if ya want to know the correct answers to your questions ask me i know that tractor inside and out.
