I too live in WA and for what it's worth I'd speculate that the "Green 33" was an old phone number. The Lake Stevens area just east of Everett used to start it's phone numbers with the prefix of "red" and then four numbers in the 50's and I'm quite sure into the 60's. My father in law gave me some small bits for a Dremel tool one time and he had them kept in an old prescription bottle with his wife's name on it. They still had the old phone number on it beginning with "red". Just what locale "green" was in Oregon I do not know.
