H seat identity

The seat on my 51 H is not like most I have seen and wondered what the heck it is. It has two coil springs that sit in a channel horizontaly and a small shock. when the seat goes down the srings stretch (at least supposed to, my seat is all welded so no suspension) The springs have adjusters and it looks like a flip over type seat pan but not an uphostered one as there is no crimp to hold cloth. I tried to post pic of it but the photos are not working right now, I will try again later for that. The seats shown in the parts manual are not even close. I have seen a seat like this in the past but can't remember what it was on. Any Ideas
