Unfortunitly there are no records knwon to still exist saying waht tractors went where. The only ways are to go down the list of previous owners like you have or try getting information from workers (or their relatives) of the IH dealerships that were around at the time that the tractor came out. I would love to try and track the history of both my dads 340 and my F-12 but it is quite a challenge. Its even harder with the 340 because the serial plate was gone when he got it and he doesnot remember where exactly the auction was at, only that it was in southern MN.
