If it is DOUBLE SHIFTEN then the dump valve is out of adjustment . Some guys think that they are BINDER meck - a- nicks , i know my Farmalls and can work on others but realy don't know much about the others . I know my older Fords and Mo Pars but don't know the OFF brands.
