Just my 2 cents.Buy used generator. Rebuild or have the starter rebuilt or get a used one.Armature is shot or the field coils are toast.Take the radiator out and get it repaired or pressure checked.Maybe its to far gone.Not much pressure in them. Replacement ones run about $100 to 150 . I quess.
