We did our M last summer but put the concave in so the rim would be closer to the axel housing and not so far out on the axel, the main reason being we were doing some antique tractor pulling and didn't want too much strain on the axel with the rim way out there on the axel. We jacked both sides of the tractor up at same time, blocked it up and walked the tires still on the rim from one side of the tractor to the other and put them back on. These were loaded tires and very heavy, would recommend at least 2 people for the job. Tires will roll very easy for you but they have to be kept fairly upright, if one starts to fall over get out of the way quick. We had 3 people and almost lost one when it started leaning a little too far. Also when putting rim back on found just a little grease around the axel really helped it slide back on again as we rocked and pushed on the tire to get it all back into place on the axel. One thing to think about is having the right tools. Air gun is good or at least a 3/4 inch drive socket set, we bent a 1/2 bar near in half. Depending on last time rim removed will most likly need heat on the studs. With the right tools and enough help can do the job in an hour. Good luck Terry
