Super MTA PROBLEM

Got the valve cover off and when I start the tractor I get 2 streams of oil shooting out of the rocker arms of the exhaust valves of #2 and #3 ports. In other words ' where the oil tube comes up and tees off to oil your valve levers along the valve lever shaft , the oil shoots out ten feet high out of the first valve lever each "tee" comes to which would be #2 and #3 exhaust ports. Whats up here? Too much oil pressure or, clogged oil passage? Help please.
