I don't know about the Frameall part, but those are very rare, they were experimentals, but a few somehow got into the public's hands, apparantly. The chassis serial is on a tag on the inside of the left seat support. If that is missing and it has the original engine, the engine serial is the same as the chassis serial unless it is a very late model. The number you gave is a part number (no = sign. The exhaust lift is the only lift they ever had -- since there is no oil, it is not a hydraulic system.
