I have an H with an old Horn loader on it, it pushes from the axle housing but lifts with a bracket bolted to the frame just behind the front tires.It seems an abused loader would be harder on the frame than a mower, In the early days of Hot rod tractor pulling there were several H's that had the frame rails lenghtened and carried a big V8.Don't think I would worry about it, but's that is just my opinion.
