H or Super H?

I bought an H which has been painted at least once. They painted over the model number, but last night I was able to make out "Super" above the "H". I thought it was an H, but now I'm not sure. I don't know whether that was the original decal that was painted over or a replacement. I looked at the serial number and the only numbers I can make out on it are for the model "H X3" and what I'm guessing is the serial number "61813". Can anyone tell me what this is by that information? Thanks for your help!
