Water in the hydraulic system usually comes from condensation depending on climate even if the tractor is kept inside. You can prime the MCV pump, the one on the side of the TA housing by removing the flow divider (1 inch head plug facing the rear on the MCV valve) the spring and the spool. Then crank the engine with out letting it run until oil flows from the removed flow divider passage.
