The "bump" on the bottom of the carb is the drain hole. There should be a piece of felt in the hole with a soft plug to hold it in. The plug has a 1/8 inch hole in it to allow any fuel to leak out through the felt. I do not think that I have a complete carb here but if you want to come by tomorrow with the carb we can take a look at it and make sure everything is like it should be.
