Sounds like you have covered about everything on the carb, but I just had something pop into my head, has the carb been off for any long period of time? Belive it or not I have seen an intake that had a mud dauber build a nest inside and caused rough running. The gas mixture puddled up behind the nest and caused a lean condition. the liquid gas then got sucked through the engine without burning totally. That deal was wacky and it drove the poor guy nuts until he found it!Ran sweet afer he cleaned it out. Just a thought.
