George, (In my opinion) Those are the clamps that work on the SA on the front mounted culivator. It isnt for the 144 cultivator but mounts in the same place. My cousin calls them a "round beam cultivator" but I dont know the actual name. The tool bar extension is round instead of square then the 1 3/8 bar is mounted to it with a kind of U bolt. It is mounted at an angle like an industrial axle is. The clamps attach the shanks of the cultivator to the diamond tool bar. Anyway, after further (accidntal) research the the tool bar for the Cub is the same as the SA, both 1 3/8.
