Super MTA problem

Have oil shooting out of #2 and #3 rocker arm ports 8 ft. high. Oil is getting to the other rocker arms. Is this normal or is my oil pressure too high and is there any adjustment for this? I should be able to run the engine with the valve cover off, right!? I took the whole valve assy. off and did not see any clogged oil passages. I need help , thanks. Also , does anyone know where I can get the spring for the TA lever handle, mines broke.
