Check the brakes. The B414 diesel my neighbor has seems to go even faster when you depress the brakes. The steel balls in the brake shoes tend to get rusty. He leaves the tractor outdoors all the time though. The diesel engine in this tractor is probably one of the most durable that I have seen. My neighbor's is a 1963 model and has recieved very little maintence over the years, but still runs.
