it was a utility tractor made in britain. engine is a BD144 (144 cubic inch) and as MJ said was rated around 40 hp.
mine was built in 1958, so its probably safe to say yours was built late 50's early 60's.

there is a guy with a B-275 website (or there used to be) if I can find the address, I'll post it. somewhere I also have a list of serial numbers and manufactur dates for the 275's and 250s if I find that I sent it to ya
