Ron, All IH 300 Utility tractors were painted RED unless special ordered from the factory. Many times a government will purchase a group of tractors for a special operation, with specific equipment and a non-standard paint scheme. I point his out for the fact that many of thse type gov't orders did not include all of the standard equipment and or standard specifications as a 300 Utility sold by the local farm dealer. You relly need to look this unit over to be certain that it is a stand unit with all standard specs, otherwise it may be an orphan for parts, service, and acessories. This would greatly effect the price. Good luck George
