A 424 is a utility model, with a C-146 engine, about 38 PTO hp. They have a 4F/1R transmission with high/low range for 8F/2R. They have live PTO by virtue of a 2 stage clutch - first half of the pedal travel disengages the transmission, leaves the PTO running. Second half of the pedal disengages the PTO. They are pretty well built machines. The price sounds good if its in decent shape at all, especially if that "bucket" is a usable loader.
