Since yours is a utility it most likely already has fast hitch, and if so, conversion to 3 point is simple and inexpensive. Just get the converters that slide right in to the fast hitch slots, bolt the top link bracket in place, and you are in business. The converter arms are readily available from salvage yards that handle IH tractors, at auctions, and from after market suppliers. I have the converters on my 350 hi-utility and they work well.
