The operator's manual for my "B" doesn't show any grease fittings where you describe. Mine is a '41, and I see no appreciable wear in this area. Sounds like you get to take a trip to a salvage yard. Operator's manuals for your A should be available from Yesterdays Tractors or Binder Books.
