Farmall 350 Value/parts availability ?

I recently ran into a 350 Farmall that is in great shape body wise but the drive train I have yet to find out. The tractor has the two point hyd. hitch,Torque amplifier, all the lights still intact,the tires are ok shape not that great. The tractor really looks like it could be a real fixer upper but I am wondering was there any problems with the torque amplifier? did this tractor have a good engine? and can I still get parts for this tractor even though it was only built for three years? I have a serial number that has a S behind the numbers, what does this mean? I also don't know if the tractor is a 350 or a I-350 any information would be appreciated. I just do not know this tractor, I have no info on 350's
