I needed a puller for my SuperMD and F-30. I had a machine shop make a steel circle for $24. I then used a 3/4' threaded bolt long enough to reach from top to bottom with a nut at each end. I use an assortment of steel bars with holes at the top for pulling with as large a wrench I can use. It helped to have a sleave for the machine shop to use in making the bottom cap. I believe you can have what you need done for $50 or less.
