One cylinder is all that you should need. It will lift anything that your H can handle pulling behind it. Two hydraulic connections are not necessary. Gravity will help lower the three point equipment similar to the way that it lowers any other implement that you may have been using with your hydraulics. However, you could add a second line to speed up the lowering action when the three point hitch is empty.
