Doug, From you description, it sounds like a mod 122. I had one when I had a vineyard. Had a total of 16 blades. Good heavy disk. Be sure to get the correct blades. Check the spools, or spacers. The ends should be square cut, and the blade will have a "crimp" center, or a flat section in the center of the blade that is approx 4". A regular blade has a curve from the edge to the center, and the spools will have ends with the matching curve.
