I had this problem on my cub, all I did was take the rotor off the magnito and turn it 180 deg. and she fired right up. I thought I had the engine at TDC on the first cylender, but, didn't have it so the valves were closed. As I said above I just rotated the rotor 180 deg. and off she went. Mey
