Thanks for the tip Red, I have everything apart and ran out of time tonight, Im using an MTA manual, and I think there is a slight difference in removing the engine for a SM non TA, seems there are 2 bolts, one behind the starter and one across and below the Hydraulic belly pump. Figures, as thats where im supporting the tractor right now ;0( Anyhow I tap away at Sunday night. BTW I think I told you I was just going to do an "in tractor" rebuild, well I changed my mind, after seeing all that built up "gunk" in the engine, and knowing Ill never get the tractor stripped and cleaned the way I want to for painting, I decided to take the whole shabang apart and do it right. It would bother me to no end if I didn't ;0) But I do plan on having it ready by the end of this month, no puzing around, as I have a nice old GTX that is next on my list ;0) Thx again for the help, and like I said, I might be shooting some paint questions at you if/when they come up..After seeing your tractor and another Gent by the name of Milan in my area and the fine jobs that where done, I thought why the heck am I doing this half a**? Gotta do it right.. Brian
