Yall, I do have to appologize about my tone I had in the message I posted. And I appreciate everyone of you who did reply. First of all...RKS...I don't have A tractor.....I have 3 of em ...Farmall C, H,and 340...along with a John Deere 420 crawler. All daily workers here on the farm and do beautifully. Sorry if you thought I was some punk or something. But a few of you did agree with me. But most said it was the readers discretion. Well....thats 100% true. But what if the reader did not have enough mechanical knowledge to make or know which postings or ideas were bad. You have to admit...alot of questions are asked here that seem simple to us "Experianced Folk" And we do give our best idea of a solution for them. But the off the wall replies are what bother me. Because that reader might not know the difference between good and bad suggestions. You and I both know it be true. And one fella suggested to put a follow-up below the bad suggestion. Well sometimes that doesn't go over the best with them. Makes them look dumb to the world and they know it. But the nasty e-ails and cussins arent worth it. I personally found it easier to directly e-mail them and tell them whats good and bad. Guys...this is just a concern of mine that Ive had for quite a few months now. Andthought I would bring it to light. Yes my last message was a bit forward and toned a bit angrily. But maybe I think to much about the other fella on the other end. It would be like you or me gettin bad advice from a mechanic....doin what he said and ending complicating matters futhermore...along with more money. But not knowing in the first place that it was bad. Please just keep your eye out for bad suggestions. We all use this board together.....so why dont we make it better together. There,....I said my peace. Now Ill let yall chew on that for a day or two. And damnit...don't proofread it either.....LOL
