Four inch bore sleeves for the MD, I think, are the same as for the Super MD are available from CaseIH. My son rebuilt an MD engine and put in new sleeves and pistons. The four inch bore were available as an option for the MD and, I think, were standard equipment on Super MD's. No the sleeves for the gas and diesel are not the same, at least as we understood it. I think that some other suppliers such as Bates also have them.
