Put a Farmall on a diet

Got a
farmall H 1942 that needs to lose about 400 Lbs so it can pull in the 3500 lb class. This is not a prety tractor needs paint but is all there, pully assy hyd. fenders, starter generator etc what do i have to remove and what do these parts weight that are removable.
