I have one of the early International Low Boys with the clutch in the bell housing bolted to the engine. It doesn"t have the steel channel side structure like the later ones did. So I assume that the clutch is like the regular Farmal Cubs. One of the children had been mowing with it and then told me the clutch wasn"t working properly. I checked it and adjusted it with the external settings for the pedal, but when you push it all the way in, the clutch still doesn"t quite release all the way, although with a little gear noise it will go in gear and not move. So the clutch is just barely touching and spinning the gears.
