HEAD BOLT TORQUE

I talk to a good engine rebuilder (Paul) and told him that you were retorqueing your head bolts. He said you should get new head bolts, because if you have to retorque your head bolts it's because they are stretching. Maybe them old bolts needs to be replaced on these old tractors? The engine rebuilder I talked to worked on H's when they were new he worked on my dads H in the 50s. He has worked on everything from IH to Cat.
