Need info about Model H

I don't know very much about tractors, but I've got my eye on a 1941 Model H.
My questions are:
1. Can you put on a 3-point hitch? If so, are they readily available?
2. Are there hydraulic pumps available?
3. Frontend loaders? Plows?
