1950 Farmall C Tractor and implements

What should I do with a 1950 Farmall C tractor,
it does not run but in good condition otherwise?
The starter is missing. I also need to get rid
of all of the implements, i.e. plows, stalk
cutter, disc harrow, planters, etc. Still has
tires and the body is good shape.
