The studs and nuts ARE still available from Case/IH-- also, you should be able to get the studs from a bolt supplier, not sure about the nuts. If you want them out, soak them good with penatrating oil, you can get to the back on part of them ,too. Then use two nuts on the stud you want out. Tighten them together and then turn the inside one to back them out. Good luck.
