Congratulations on your SMD. I too just got an MD, a 48, in rougher shape than yours. Yours looks great in comparison. Mine runs well, but only on the diesel side. I'm trying to fix the gas side now which includes everything, leaking starting tank, dead magneto, gunked up carb, etc. I also have the same issue as in your tractor with the sloppy throttle linkage. Good luck with your new machine. They are quite intriguing.
