Red, it really isn't that bad of a job other than all of the stuff that needs to be removed to open it up. One person can handle either part seperately without too much difficulty. A floor crane does make the job easier. Assistance is helpful when lowering the deck back down in order to get the shifting forks lined up with the gears.
