Regular air cleaner

In my running list of questions about my Regular... When I was pulling my Regular out from under the shop the air cleaner cap got caught on a beam and mangled. Now I can't get the bolt that holds it on to come off, it turns inside. I'm not sure I can cut the bolt without cutting the cap, though I'm not sure it matters because the cap is pretty beat up anyhow.
My question is this: How hard is it to get one of these air cleaner caps? Is this the same cap that is on the other F series tractors? What should I expect to pay for one?
