loosing fluid from right rear tire and ...

#1 - The bolt for the right rear tire keeps coming loose and leaks fluid. The lugs are all tight and there's no fluid on the backside of the tire, just from the loose bolt? Some have suggested lock-tite but I'm afraid to use it. Any ideas? #2 - Where can I get a seat, like the one it came with originally? TSC and like stores have seats, but they all seem to be foam filled and not spring? #3 - What I believe to be the serial plate on the right side of the engine block (the same side as the hydralic pump) is S11681 which I think would be a 57? Anyone know for sure? #4 - How do I decipher all those codes stamped (raised letter) in the housing on the right side just below the seat ... I lost my Captain Crunch Secret Decoder Ring! Thanks ......
