You've gotten good advise on this post so far, The 140 was a larger tractor than the Cub, it would have live PTO and about 21.25 hp. They were built from about '58 to '79, Ralph Sanders' book says there were about 63,000 made. By comparison the cub only made about 9 hp so the 140 is MUCH bigger and more useful. I would definately look at the 140. Just so you know I've never seen a 140 for sale around here (northern new england) but Cubs usually bring in $2000 in good shape, without implements. Interestingly a Super A would bring in only about $500 more in comperable condition.
