You can find info on your corn binder at Small Farmers Journal in Sisters, Oregon. This is primarily a horse farming magazine. They sell reprints of operator manuals for all kinds of horse drawn implements. I have heard that these binders do not like modern baling twine. Also, remember that these machines were designed to go at slow ground speeds. Good Luck
