SUPER H FARMALL HELP

HELP! Super H will not start. I have fire to plugs and gas to carb. and 110lbs. compression on each cylinder. It was running real low on power when it quit. I put knew points and plugs in.Tried pulling off with truck and it backfired a few times. I think it may be the timing, but have moved distributor around
